Everything you need already exists.

You don't need more software. You need someone who knows which three things you actually need, and connects them properly. A website for $600 or $1,500 — wired to the booking, payment and intake tools you already pay for.

We did not build any of this. We know which one you need.

Half of what a small organization gets sold is software it already owns. Here is the short list we reach for, and what each costs you.

Patient formsJotform

Intake and referral forms on their HIPAA plan, with health fields tagged so nothing sensitive rides along in an email.

Secure storageDropbox Business

Where signed forms land automatically, in a folder your front desk already opens.

Team planper seat, billed by Dropbox

Card paymentsStripe or Square

Deposits, invoices, a shop counter — on their page, so your site never touches a card number.

Nonprofit advertisingGoogle Ad Grants

Up to $10,000 a month in search ads for eligible 501(c)(3)s. The gate is a real website — which is what we build.

Getting found in 2026

Your next customer may never see your website.

They will ask an AI Assistant instead — and it answers from whatever it can read about you. A stale Facebook page gives a stale answer. A site that needs JavaScript to show its own phone number often gives none at all.

15% → 8%Clicks to websites when an AI summary appears in results
~26%Of Google searches showing an AI summary, late 2025

Pew Research Center, 2025. Figures describe US Google users and will move — ask us for current numbers before you quote them.

Plain HTML, nothing in the way

Your hours, address and number sit in the page itself, not behind a script that has to run first. Anything reading your site gets the facts on the first try.

We tell the crawlers where to look

Every site ships with a robots file that welcomes AI crawlers by name, an llms.txt summary of your business, and structured data marking your prices and service area.

The site becomes the source of record

When clicks fall, being correct matters more than being visited. What the machine reads is what your customer hears.

robots.txtllms.txtschema.orgNo JS wrapper

Two of these need more than a website.

Most of what we build is a shop or a trade, and the two prices above cover it. Two kinds of organization buy something extra.

Practices

Referrals and intake, minus the fax machine.

riverbendtherapy.com

Template 03, built for a practice — insurance, conditions treated, intake before the first visit.

Physical therapy, home health, tutoring, counseling, dental. A patient fills in a HIPAA-compliant form on Jotform, the signed PDF files itself into a Dropbox Business folder you own, and your front desk pulls it when they arrive.

We set it up so that we never have access — both agreements are signed by you. We run this exact stack ourselves, which is how we know where it breaks. There are four ways to get it wrong, and we will walk you through all of them on the call.

  • Our setup, once$450
  • Jotform HIPAA, billed yearly$99/mo
  • Dropbox Business, by seatTheir rate

Both vendors bill you directly. Nonprofits and schools take 50% off the Jotform side.

Nonprofits

The grant most nonprofits never claim.

secondharvestcoalition.org

Template 04, built for a nonprofit — one ask, impact numbers, a campaign thermometer.

Google gives eligible 501(c)(3)s up to $10,000 a month in search advertising — a budget refilled on the first, never paid back. The gate is a real website on a domain you own. That is the thing we build.

We cannot promise you the grant, and anyone who does is guessing. Government bodies, hospitals, healthcare organizations and schools are not eligible, so we would rather say that now than after you have paid. Ask about the 5% rule before you apply — it is how most nonprofits lose a grant they already won.

  • We handle the application$450
  • We handle it and build your ads$1,200
  • The grant itself, every month$0

Neither is a website — those prices are above. Google decides, not us, so we sell the work and not the verdict.

Four steps, in this order.

Talk

Twenty minutes on the phone. We ask what your customers call you about, and what you wish they would stop calling about.

Survey

We write down what you already pay for, and what you are owed and never claimed. Half the time something in the stack already does the job.

Proof

We send a link, not a picture. You open the real site on your own phone and mark up anything you want changed.

Hand over

We point your domain at it and hand you every file and every login. Nothing to untangle if you ever leave.

How it is built

A structure you can inspect.

One HTML document with its stylesheet inside it, plus two typefaces. No scripts, no cookies, nothing measuring anyone. Open the source and read the whole thing in an afternoon.

No monthly retainerNo page-builder license No trackers unless you askNo cookie banner, because no cookies No lock-in

It arrives instantly

On a bad signal in a parking lot, your hours and phone number are up before a normal site has finished thinking.

It costs almost nothing to keep

Plain files on plain hosting. About $5 a month, and no subscription that triples in year two.

There is nothing to break

No plugins, no builder to expire, no patch on a Sunday night. A page like this still works in ten years.

Six questions, answered in advance.

Can I change the words myself later?
Yes. You get a one-page guide showing where each block of text lives, and you edit it in any text editor. If you would rather we did it, edits are $150 an hour with a one-hour minimum — so save them up.
What does it cost after you hand it over?
Hosting is about $5 a month and your domain about $15 a year, both paid directly by you. We do not resell either one, and there is no ongoing fee to us.
Do you work with nonprofits?
Constantly. Same $600 or $1,500, no upcharge for the paperwork, and we walk you through the credits you are already owed — Ad Grants, free Workspace, Jotform at half price. None of it pays us a commission.
Are the patient forms really HIPAA compliant?
It rests on two Business Associate Agreements — one with Jotform, one with Dropbox — and you sign both, not us. Consumer Dropbox accounts cannot be made compliant at any price. We do the setup for $450 and never hold a key ourselves.
Doesn't Ad Grants need Google's tracking code on my site?
Usually yes, and it is the one real exception to the no-scripts promise everywhere else here. We test the alternatives first — call tracking and donation platforms can sometimes report conversions without touching your site. If a tag does go on, you will know what it is and how to remove it.
Will people find it on Google?
Every page ships with proper headings, real titles and clean addresses, and fast pages rank well. We set up your Google Business Profile too. We do not sell monthly SEO — anyone promising position one is guessing.
